This work addresses the challenges faced by China's contemporary logistics and supply chain management field, and provides highly effective and reasonable solutions. It mainly introduces the strategies and practical approaches for optimizing logistics and supply chain management. First, the work provides an overview of the development trends in contemporary logistics and supply chain management, identifies the existing problems and bottlenecks in logistics and supply chain management, and focuses on discussing the application of digital and intelligent technologies in logistics and supply chain management.
