This work proposes a development plan for the mechanical manufacturing industry against the backdrop of the Industry 4.0 era. The work mainly introduces the path for mechanical manufacturing enterprises to achieve transformation, upgrading and high-quality development. First, it introduces the macro background of the transformation and upgrading of the mechanical manufacturing industry, and points out the development direction of the mechanical manufacturing industry by combining the global, international and domestic situations.
