This work proposes diversified teaching methods and practical strategies for middle school history teaching, and provides important guiding theory and methodological basis for the development of middle school history teaching. This work mainly introduces the application theory basis and teaching practice strategies of different teaching methods of history in junior and senior high schools. First, it puts forward three methods of divided class, question chain teaching and main line situation teaching for junior high school history teaching. Secondly, taking high school history teaching as the research object, this paper puts forward some teaching strategies, such as large unit teaching, discussion teaching and clue teaching method, so as to lay the foundation for the reform and development of middle and high school history teaching. This work plays an important role in promoting the reform and innovation of middle school history teaching under the background of new curriculum reform, and can provide theoretical guidance for the majority of history teachers to deepen curriculum reform.
