Curriculum Standards (2011) defines the curriculum as follows: Physical education and health curriculum is a curriculum that takes physical exercise as its main means, takes learning physical education and health knowledge, skills and methods as its main content, and aims at improving students' health and cultivating students' lifelong sports awareness and ability. The content of physical education course has comprehensive characteristics, including knowledge, skills, methods, motivation, emotion, values and so on. With reference to the above definition, this study defines the concept of education content of physical education and health curriculum as: in the process of physical education and health curriculum teaching, in order to promote students' physical and mental health, teachers use physical education means to teach students related content of health education and ideological education.
