The basic characteristics of natural reproduction and economic reproduction in agricultural production determine the high risk of agriculture. In addition to serious natural risks, they also face technological, economic, social and political risks. After China's accession to the WTO, it is faced with the severe challenges of agriculture in developed countries. These risks faced by China's agriculture will not be eliminated, but will continue to intensify due to their increasing interweaving degree, causing huge losses to agricultural economy, deteriorating ecological environment, facing the test of social stability, and affecting the sustainable development of agriculture. In order to seek for good strategies for agricultural risk management, this book first briefly analyzes agricultural risk management and government intervention, then carries out relevant research on agricultural risk management based on options, "insurance + futures" model and weather derivatives method, and finally puts forward the construction and innovation of China's agricultural insurance legal system for reference only.
