This work gives a very effective and reasonable solution for aquaculture, mainly around how to carry out aquaculture scientifically. Firstly, the existing problems and countermeasures of X aquaculture development were summarized. Secondly, the aquaculture germplasm resources in X City were analyzed. Thirdly, the paper discusses the quality and safety supervision of aquaculture products in China from the perspective of new food security concept. Finally, the application of remote sensing technology in aquaculture insurance and the ecological economy of different aquaculture models in seawater under the background of industrial agglomeration are discussed. Aquaculture is a relatively low-cost production mode that can alleviate food price increases and food shortages caused by resource shortages to some extent.
